The follow-up is no longer a separate thing you have to remember after you reply. Sending the reply arms the safety net by default, stated in one line under the send button. Edit it inline or skip it before sending. After send, you get a one-tap-editable confirmation. Click Approve & Send to see the armed state. Nothing auto-sends, the drafts resurface in Follow-ups when due.
